# Source hierarchy and exact release identity

Current publication build: `MG-RL-13.0-20260926-RELEASE-I`. Component editions are unchanged; `VERSION_MANIFEST.json` binds every exact component hash and source build.

The fourteen DOCX documents are masters within the Canon's explicit precedence and the SGP-owned interface. The XLSX controls only its disclosed frozen worked example. PDF, HTML, Markdown and text are synchronized reading projections, not competing normative masters. Reports document changes and evidence; they do not silently override governing rules. Supplemental code/schemas apply only to the documented subset and do not impersonate absent external registries.

Eleven Core files are identical to H: nine retain source G identity and two retain source H identity. The corrected Primer, wrapper, WDBIP and workbook carry I. Prior preparation-context statements stay in preserved source files; the manifest, current reports and provenance record establish current assembly membership without rewriting correct masters.

Current evidence is in `Verification/Final_I/` and the Release I reports. G/H/native receipts remain records of their actual source bytes and execution scope. The exact old H ZIP and feedback are preserved in the Complete distribution. No remote publication is asserted; a later hosted receipt records those facts separately without changing the Core.
