# Final errata-corrected publication baseline

**MathGov/RippleLogic v13.0** · **`MG-RL-13.0-20260926-RELEASE-I`** · prepared 26 September 2026.

The component editions are unchanged. This is a new exact correction build of the supplied H package, not a silent replacement of H or a reuse of its acceptance hashes. Read `Reports/Release_I_Adjudication.md` and `Reports/Release_I_Verification.md`.

Eleven Core masters are preserved byte-for-byte. Only the Foundations Primer, ripple.md, WDBIP and Aligners workbook changed. All existing document tables, numerical inputs, workbook formulas/caches and governing Canon equations remain intact. A new native WDBIP table replaces malformed pipe text; the affected static page labels and reading copies were synchronized.

The complete supplied test suite, exact-byte verifier and publication checksum ledger are the local acceptance surface. The separately delivered final ZIP receipt records the fresh-extraction execution, archive identities and unchanged inventory. Results must be written outside the release tree. The package claims no new native spreadsheet-application run, Excel parity, empirical validation, complete external registries, domain authorization or live hosted verification.

Publication status: **prepared for public research/teaching sharing; hosted upload and verification not performed here**. Publish these exact files under the distinct build identity, download them back, compare hashes and record publication facts separately. Preserve the earlier H archive unchanged in private provenance.
